Based on my experience, the best results are achieved with a one-on-one coaching relationship that is a minimum of 12 sessions in length, with us meeting weekly. Of course, longer engagements are possible, but shorter ones are not advised.
Group Packages will not go nearly as deep and are not as confidential as clients will be sharing their coaching time.
