Hi! My name is Kyle Newton. I left a lucrative 25+ year career in high tech (and the hedonic treadmill that kept me there) to pursue work that better aligned with my personal values and goals. I am now ferociously committed to helping my clients live their best, untethered lives by leveraging a practical philosophical framework to push through obstacles.
My goal is to help you start living your most heroic life, 24 hours at a time. Big goals and dreams deserve proven strategies, someone to teach them to you, and then hold you accountable. That is where I come in. Using the scientifically proven effectiveness of the Heroic protocol, layered on top of a framework of Stoic philosophy, I will work alongside you, helping you reach those wildly audacious goals that are currently eluding you.
If you are serous about taking a quantum leap forward, and are ready to commit your time and effort, I invite you to set up a free introductory call to see if we might be a fit for one another.
It is imperative to understand that opting for professional coaching is not giving up on yourself. It is quite the opposite. It is refusing to give up on yourself.
Are you ready to start flourishing?
a bit more about me...
I am an avid Spartan obstacle course racer, trail runner, backpacker, and world traveler who is dedicated to helping others close the gap between who they are today and who they really want to be.
I am a graduate of the College of Stoic Philosophers as well as a certificated Heroic Coach.
Please reach out to me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Coaching is an interactive experience where we first work together to clarify your goals and then leverage various proven tools and protocols to help you reach them, leveling up to the life you want.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. I generally recommend a minimum of one calendar quarter (12 weekly one hour sessions)
